  • BEEF CHAIN #2 PTY LTD are looking for enthusiastic, motivated, results-driven self-starters to be Area Managers across Queensland and New South Wales. 


    You will be responsible for building a portfolio of clients in your area, so previous experience in the sales, marketing and production of cattle is paramount.


    Our area managers have great support from the BEEF CHAIN #2 PTY LTD head office in Toowoomba, but you do need to be proactive in creating and identifying opportunities in your region. Self-motivation, honesty, integrity and professionalism are all required to be successful in this position. Furthermore, it is important to understand your client’s needs. Clients need to be able to discuss their concerns and future plans with you, so you can achieve these goals together.


    Specific: 

    • Marketing of cattle
    • Negotiating of selling skills
    • Ability to work independently
    • Capability to develop client network in region
    • Draft cattle in accordance with market specifications
    • Regular communication with clients and customers
    • Inspect cattle on properties (in conjunction with property partners)
    • Computer and Database Management
    • Record keeping
    • Develop understanding of Livestock Health and Welfare
    • Assisting in general lot feeding operations
    • Purchasing cattle
    • Travel
    • Role will evolve as company expands
